Yum Phonlamai With Mango And Shrimp
Ingredients
DRESSING
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 1 Lemongrass
- 1 tahini
- 1 Chile
- 1 Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 fish sauce
TO ASSEMBLE AND SERVE
- 1 Mango
- 1 shallots, chopped
- 1 Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Dried Toasted Coconut
- 1 Pear
- 2 Mint Leaves
- 1 Dried Shrimp
- 1 Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
FOR THE DRESSING
- Using a mortar and pestle, smash garlic to a coarse paste. .
- Add chile and lightly smash
- Stir in lemongrass, lime juice, tahini, and fish sauce.
TO ASSEMBLE AND SERVE
- In a large bowl, toss to combine mango, pear, shallot, herbs, and dried shrimp. Add Dressing and toss to coat.
- Transfer salad to a serving plate and top with toasted coconut and sesame.
