Ingredients

DRESSING

  • 2 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Lemongrass
  • 1 tahini
  • 1 Chile
  • 1 Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 fish sauce

TO ASSEMBLE AND SERVE

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 shallots, chopped
  • 1 Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Dried Toasted Coconut
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Dried Shrimp
  • 1 Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

FOR THE DRESSING

  1. Using a mortar and pestle, smash garlic to a coarse paste. .
  2. Add chile and lightly smash
  3. Stir in lemongrass, lime juice, tahini, and fish sauce.

TO ASSEMBLE AND SERVE

  1. In a large bowl, toss to combine mango, pear, shallot, herbs, and dried shrimp. Add Dressing and toss to coat.
  2. Transfer salad to a serving plate and top with toasted coconut and sesame.
