White Chocolate Mango Clusters
Ingredients
- 2 Whole Mangos, diced
- 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
- 2 Cups Melted White Chocolate for dipping and coating
- Optional Coconut for topping
Instructions
- Cut and score your fresh mango into cubes
- Mix in a bowl with Greek yogurt
- Spoon mixture onto a tray into little clusters with some parchment paper
- Freeze for at least two hours or until solid
- Melt white chocolate and then dip mango clusters until coated
- Optional: Top with fresh coconut
- Place in fridge until clusters are solid
