Tomato, Chive and Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, minced
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1½ cups ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, minced
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Serve or cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Serve with chips, hamburgers, grilled meats and vegetables.
