Mango Moroccan Mimosa
Ingredients
- 1 oz Mango Juice
- .5 oz Chai Syrup*
- 5 oz Prosecco or Brut Sparkling Wine
- 1 Fresh Mango Slice with Cinnamon Dust (For Garnish)
*Chai Syrup
- .5 cup Hot Brewed Chai Tea
- .5 cup White Granulated Sugar
Instructions
Mango Moroccan Mimosa
- Measure Mango Juice and Chai Syrup into champagne flute.
- Swirl to combine.
- Top with sparkling white wine.
- Carefully add mango into glass and dust with cinnamon.
Chai Syrup
- Measure ingredients separately into mixing cup.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
