Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ice Cream melted
  • 1.5 cups Self rising flour
  • 1 cup Mango pieces
  • 1 cup Powered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Mango Puree
  • 3 tbsp Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees, and spray the inside of a loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside
  2. In a medium mixing bowl mix the softened ice cream and flour until just combined, fold in the mango pieces
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan spread evenly
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when entered to the center cool completely
  5. Once cooled whisk the powdered sugar, vanilla, and mango puree until smooth. Spread over the entire loaf
  6. Top with sprinkles and slice when ready to serve
