Mango Dungeness Crab Nori Bites
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Dungeness Crab Meat
- 1 ea Red Pepper
- 1 ea Avocado
- Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 ea Fresh Mango
- 1 ea Red Onion
- 1/2 cup Lime Aioli
Instructions
- Cook crab in high quality court bouillon. Clean crab.
- Mix chilled crab meat and top upon sliced mango on nori snack sheets, garnish with dice onion, red onion and avocado. Drizzle lime aioli over top.
