Mango Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 box Vanilla cupcake mix
- 2 cups Mango diced ¼”
- 2 each Sliced mango
- 12 oz. Mango vanilla frosting
- 12 oz. Mango Chocolate frosting
- 48 each Edible candy eyes
Instructions
- Combine all the mix ingredients in bowl, add in the diced mangos and fold together.
- Place mixture into sprayed muffin pan.
- Pour mixture ½ way up in each muffin spot and bake for
- Once baked let cook and mix the frosting with fresh mango pieces
- Using a piping bag, pipe the frosting onto the tops of the cupcakes in the shape of a ghost
- Place the eyes on the frosting and serve.
