Mango Cream Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz Salted butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 2 each Eggs
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Mango pieces ¼”
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
Instructions
- Place the butter and sugars into mixer and mix on medium speed for 8 minutes.
- Add in the vanilla and eggs and mix in for 1 minute
- While mixer is on low add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and let fold together. Flour should be fully combined
- Remove from the mixer and using a spatula, fold in the mango, chocolate chips, and ginger
- Using a scoop, portion the cookies and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Place into the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cookies are golden brown
- Let cool and serve
