Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Mango
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Cut and score the fresh mango, saving the peel
  2. Place cubed mango onto sheet with parchment
  3. Freeze for around 2 hours or until solid
  4. Add to a blender with honey and lime juice, blend until smooth
  5. Place blend back into mango peel and level
