Saigon Swizzle Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz Kaffir Lime Mango Syrup*
- 1¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Coconut Water
KAFFIR LIME MANGO SIMPLE SYRUP (MAKES 14 OZ):
- 12 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup mango chunks
- 1 cup sugar
GARNISH:
- 1 ea Red Shiso Leaf
- 1 Mango Spear
- 1 ea Amaranth Leaf
- Mango Ribbon
GLASSWARE:
- 12 oz Tall/Collins glass
Instructions
FOR THE KAFFIR LIME MANGO SIMPLE SYRUP:
- Bring all ingredients to a boilRemove from heat and let infuse 4 hours – Carefully remove lime leaves
Blend until smooth
Bottle and refrigerate
FOR THE MOCKTAIL:
- Mix all ingredients together in glassFill glass with crushed ice
Swizzle to mix well and top with more ice
