Mango Smoothie Packs

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups fresh cubed mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Sprinkle of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Divide cubed mango, spinach, banana and chia seeds into plastic bags. Store in freezer.
  2. When ready to use, put ingredients from plastic bag in a blender and add almond milk.
  3. Purée until smooth.
