Lovely Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup lite coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey, plus more if needed
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled
- 1/2 peeled and diced mango or 1 cup frozen mango
Toppings
- Almonds
- Hemp seeds
- Almond butter
- Golden berries or other dried fruit
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except the toppings; puree until smooth and transfer to 2 serving bowls. Top with the toppings and serve immediately.
